Airbnb Cleaner & Administrator
Vacancy description
To be clear – This will not be a full time job immediately, but will hopefully grow to become a more involved role as we increase the number of Lets we operate.
- Devise Cleaning Schedules and Checklists – What should be cleaned after each guest, what should be cleaned each week, two weekly, monthly etc etc.
- Provide a Cleaning Service after each guest leaves- This would include – Full clean, Bedding and Towels washed and stored ready for next visit, replenish Tea / Coffee, Shower Gel / Soaps etc Sign off the Checklist and leave key in thebox for next Guest.
- Check the Booking App so you are aware of when next guest arrives and when next guest leaves.
- Ideally later – Airbnb Cleaner & Administrator would get involved with guest check in process, collecting ID / Terms and Conditions, being available by phone during their stay and answering any queries at the end of stay.
Long Term Plan
- AMRP to scale to up to 10 AirBnB sites in Ferryhill, Bishop and Surrounds
- Ideally, Airbnb Cleaner & Administrator would then manage the entire portfolio, possibly only in an admin capacity managing other cleaning contractors, each site would have its own checklists with a file at each site that must be signed off at each visit.
