Ellis came across DurhamWorks through a local newspaper. Intrigued by what he learned, Ellis signed up for the programme, hoping it would provide the guidance and support he needed.

Ashton McConnell, a 22-year-old, recently moved to Bishop Auckland. After settling in, he sought ways to integrate into the community and improve his employability. Upon arrival, Ashton began engaging with the Prince’s Trust, an organisation focused on youth development. This provided him with initial support and helped him regain stability after his move.
