DurhamEnable offer supported Employment for County Durham residents aged 18 years and over. DurhamEnable works 1-to-1 with jobseekers and employers, to break down the barriers to paid work faced by people with disabilities, neurodiversities, and long-term health conditions. The Prince’s Trust

The Prince’s Trust helps people aged 11 to 30 to build confidence, get a job or launch a business. They help young people from poor communities and those facing the greatest difficulty by supporting them to build the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn. DurhamWorks Safeguarding Hub

The Bridge Young Carers Service

The Bridge supports young carers and their families across County Durham. The service ensures that children and young people are protected from inappropriate caring and have the support they need to learn, develop, and thrive, to enjoy positive childhoods and to achieve their full potential. Durham SEND Information Advice and Support Service

Waythrough offer support with mental health, alcohol, drugs and related areas. Their evidence-based areas are designed around the needs of the people that they serve. Support (financial)

Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) Child Benefit

Visit this website to find out more about Child Benefit, a tax-free payment that you can claim for your child. It is usually paid every four weeks but in some cases can be paid weekly, and there are separate rates for each child.
