“I was first introduced to DurhamWorks at school, which then led me to their help with a job search after college. I was very unsure with what to do after college, however DurhamWorks helped me a lot. Within my meeting with Jo, I was able to improve my CV, sort out my National Insurance ID, discover job search websites, complete online training to gain my care certificate and go on a visit to my local care home to discover what working in the environment would be like! I am really grateful for their help as I don’t think I would’ve got this far on my own. Definitely a group that’s there when you need it the most!”
