Description

Try customer service over 4 weeks, with work experience, workplace visits and employer guest speakers.

The course will include:

• Monday to Wednesday at our Newton Aycliffe Hub
• Thursday and / or Friday take part in work experience in various roles
• Gain skills in confidence, teamwork, communication, and wellbeing through our EmpowerED Programme
• CV writing and interview skills
• Achieve the Level 1 Personal Social Development qualification
