Take the Leap Programme Coffee Mornings

Springboard’s The Leap programme is a blend of classroom delivery, practical activity and experimental learning to address, in the first instance, life skills, employability skills, social-emotional and mental health.

Why not join Springboard at one of their coffee mornings to find out more? Springboard are holding drop in sessions every Wednesday morning in their Peterlee office at 27 Lister Road, North West Industrial Estate, Peterlee, SR8 2RB.

Are you unemployed, aged 16 to 24, and looking for career opportunities. Then why not come to our Careers Event – “Discover Your Future”

At the event you can:

  • Explore exciting career paths.
  • Connect with top training providers and learners
  • Learn about apprenticeships and training opportunities
  • Get expect advice on your next steps.

The event takes place between 2.00pm to 4.00pm on Wednesday 30 October 2024 at DurhamWorks Employment Hub, Bishop Auckland, DL14 7NX.

Employers and apprentice providers will cover across county are attending this event (see below) so if you are looking for work or an apprenticeship it is worth attending!

Durham County Council is working closely with dmh associates to co-create with local partners a new all-age Careers Framework designed to support everyone in County Durham.

A well developed Careers Framework can help ensure people of all ages receive personalised high-quality careers support throughout their lives.
