Last week 5 young people gained an apprenticeship with a global ICT company DXC through engaging with the Citizens Advice DurhamWorks programme.
The apprentices will be paid a whopping £14,500 per year to learn the skills necessary to work on their ICT Customer Service Helpdesk.
This programme was run in partnership with another DurhamWorks partner – Raw Digital, who supplied the industry expertise, whilst Citizens Advice County Durham supported the candidates with employability skills.
