Confidence is key when looking for work

Citizens Advice County Durham are running a Confidence is Key session to help you find work. 

Don't let a lack of confidence hold you back from taking the first step towards getting into work. We are living in challenging times but this workshop, delivered by Citizens Advice County Durham experienced Employability Trainers can help you take positive steps out of lockdown and into employment. This is one of a series of workshops being offered by Citizens Advice County Durham throughout April aimed at supporting you find work.

Starting on Tuesday 13th April you will learn:  

This two day workshop will teach you the importance of banishing negative attitudes in favour of positive ones, taking responsibility for actions and understanding how to manage stress.

Day two on Wednesday 14th April you will run through: 

An understanding of helpful coping strategies, practice team building skills and build personal resilience. Working on thoughts, feelings and behaviours and understanding that there are some things that you have control over whilst some things you can’t control which can help achieve mental and emotional wellbeing.

Both days run from : 10am-12 and 1-3pm in Google meet
