What is Functional Skills ICT?


Functional Skills is a series of ICT courses and qualifications that offer an alternative to GCSE ICT. There are five levels: entry level 1, 2 and 3, Level 1 and Level 2.


This course is ideal for learners wishing to develop practical, transferable skills in ICT to work confidently, effectively and independently. This course is designed to help you develop the practical computer skills you need to flourish in the working environment and everyday life and gain the nationally recognised qualification. Learners can apply the skills they learn to scenarios in the workplace and everyday life
