Counter Service & Food Preparation Routeway - Optimum Skills
Qualification: NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Principles
This 3 week routeway will include a mix of practical and knowledge sessions.
During the course we will be covering topics such as; Learning to deal with customers, greeting customers, dealing with customer complaints, developing barista skills to prepare drinks, healthy eating, dealing with money, creating positive impressions, serving skills, effective communication, CV writing, team behaviours, and safe, hygienic and secure working environments.
Career progression includes: Waiter/ess, Concierge, Food Service, Counter Service.
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Principles (Front of House Reception)
NOCN Hospitality & Catering Award in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Manufacturing
