• Learn the importance of teamwork
• Spend two days taking part in outdoor adventure activities
• Undertake a project based in the local community
• Complete a work placement
• Participate in a team challenge involving caring for others
• Complete a team presentation delivered to a large audience
• Gain a recognised qualification
You will also complete a number of online World of Work tours, produce a CV, take part in a real-life interview and also complete a one to one and group session around careers advice and guidance and job search skills.
Due to Covid restrictions, all students will be in college for a minimum of two days and then working from home the rest of the week. You will not have the opportunity to stay overnight on a residential, however you will take part on two full days of activities.
