Level 1 Award in Work-Related Studies for The Customer Service Sector (Unit 1, Unit 4, and Unit 7)

Progression and next steps


We will have a discussion with you in Week 1 to get to know you better and determine if the programme is right for you. We will discuss any barriers to your learning and if you can easily access the programme (have access to IT etc) and complete what is required to achieve the learning outcomes and qualification. We will assist in signing you up to Durham Works if you are not already and make arrangements to deliver your portfolio of paperwork to you.
