A 2 week online programme where young learners will gain a supercharged package of skills and knowledge to enter into an advanced level 3 IT apprenticeship. Consider yourself as a 'tech guru'? The RAW Digital Talent Academy, in conjunction with Baltic Apprenticeships, will run online from 19th April 2021. This IT programme has been developed in response to industry needs and demands. Its objective is to make a significant impact on the region’s skills gap and talent pipeline. Participants aged 16-24 will receive a supercharged package of skills and support to provide them with solid foundations to enter into an advanced (level 3) Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship. Learners participating in the academy programme will come away with a host of new skills, including:
- Full understanding of the
Infrastructure Technician standard and how to achieve it
- Soft and behavioural skills including communication, problem solving, teamwork and positivity
- Workplace professionalism skills and knowledge
- AND an official vendor qualification! (Microsoft Technology Associate in Operating Systems Fundamentals)
