Description

A 10-week, non-accredited journey designed for young people aged 16–24 who are economically inactive.

The aim of the programme is to help you re-engage with education or employment through a structured, high-impact experience that builds confidence, self-awareness, and readiness for progression.

The programme covers the following:

 

Phase 1: Onboarding & Personal Development

  • Build trust and familiarity
  • Explore “Your Potential” and “Understanding” modules
  • Develop emotional intelligence, teamwork, and respect
  • Foundation of our 4Rs ethos: Respect | Relevance | Re-engagement | Readiness

 

Phase 2: Practical, Vocational Projects

  • Hands-on, low-risk activities that connect technical and soft skills:
  • Lemon Battery Experiments – Energy generation & sustainability
  • Bridge Challenges – Problem-solving & structural awareness
  • Workshop Layout Design – Spatial planning & safety
  • Engineering Systems Demos – Mechanical principles
  • Customer Service Scenarios – Interpersonal skills for retail & hospitality

 

Phase 3: Employability & Progression

  • CV Writing, Interview Skills, Digital Literacy
  • Build your Skills Passport
  • Hear from guest speakers in construction, automotive, green tech & digital industries
  • Explore professional services for independent living

 

Wellbeing & Resilience

Group discussions on motivation, mindset, and coping strategies to build long-term confidence.

 

Final Stage: Readiness & Next Steps

  • Showcase growth through practical tasks
  • Mock Interviews & College Visit Day
  • Leave with a clear action plan + post-programme mentorship
