DurhamWorks partners Jack Drum Arts have seen her confidence grow working on theatre and film projects, and she’s learning a range of new skills on a week-long residential stay, which she’ll be able to transfer into the world of work.

23 year old Kate needed a job that wouldn’t have a negative effect on her health condition, but needed help to find an opportunity to retrain. Dog groomer Clair needed a new member of staff but was finding it difficult to find funding to train them. DurhamWorks helped bring Clair and Kate together and give them both the support they needed.
