After a very successful Customer Service and Hospitality routeway, the Thirteen Group are working with DurhamWorks once again to offer young people aged 16 - 24 the opportunity to gain a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service or the Level 2 in Hospitality which both come with a live vacancy at the end.
